On 25th March, we saw the Final of the Great Lockyer's Bake Off 2025! And what a final it was!

All eight finalists worked tirelessly throughout the day to bake, sculpt and perfect their final pieces.

It was such a close contest - all of the judges agreed that they were all of such a high standard of taste and creativity.

In the end, Alexandra in Year 6 was crowned the winner, with her epic "Spaghetti Bolognese and Garlic Bread" cake!

Congratulations to all of the contestants this year and with huge thanks to the judges, Reverend Jane from St Nicholas Church Corfe Mullen, Helen from Corfe Mullen Carnival Committee, Mrs Lynch from our Local Schools Committee and of course, Miss Dufek and Mr Wilson.

Huge thanks to Mrs Shivas for running the competition again this year and we look forward to seeing what next year brings!
